Return Policy

We offer no returns on product on sale with a discounted price. Our return policy is within 30 days from the goods having been sent. The only term is that the goods must be returned in its original condition including the original packaging ie. that the packaging bag has not been wrongly opened, the sticker is intact and not broken, the bedding has not been used, cleaned or otherwise changed. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean any returns are only accepted at our discretion. Please be careful when you open any product at home, it is your responsibility that the product is returned in its original condition.
You may return an item by sending an email to: enquiries@izingalinen.co.za. Please wait for an email from us before shipping your item back to us. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by customer unless prior agreement was arranged with us. Wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the provided in the return email. Please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, and include the packing slip with the item you are returning, you will receive an email from us stating the status of your refund as soon as we have inspected and processed the returned item.

Refunds

We offer no refunds nor returns on products on sale with a discounted price. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned item normally, we refund your purchase within 14 days. In individual cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to consumer law. We will send you a notification email when the return is completed. However, it may take a few days before you see the transaction on your account.
